該產(chǎn)品主要用于精確打磨軌頭,，以及去除鋼軌焊縫處的焊瘤,，修整鋼軌廓形達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,。機(jī)體采用高強(qiáng)度鋁合金架，裝有偏向防滑導(dǎo)輪，可打磨軌頭的兩側(cè)面,、頂面及鋼軌磨損所產(chǎn)生的毛刺,，可90度不同角度調(diào)整打磨填補(bǔ)目前鋼軌仿形打磨機(jī)領(lǐng)域空白。

三、       工作原理Operational Principle:

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)小帶輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),，通過皮帶傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)磨頭旋轉(zhuǎn),，對(duì)鋼軌產(chǎn)生打磨作用；通過旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪控制升降桿的升降調(diào)整打磨位置,；通過手把與底梁之間的彈性頂力定位打磨機(jī)位置,，在傾斜扶手的同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)打磨。
